The structure of the Haiti Community Foundation calls for a national network of regional funds. It also includes a central fund described below.
The Community Development Fund 2040 (FCD 2040) focuses on supporting and encouraging all investments in the long-term development of Haiti. Through FCD 20140, we encourage Haitians and friends of Haiti to set up a fund under the umbrella of the Haiti Community Foundation to tackle the challenges that confront Haiti in the following specific areas shown below.
Haitians and/or friends of Haiti ‘s Individuals, institutions, and families interested in Haiti’s sustainable, collaborative and inclusive development can combine their financial resources as well as their intellectual assets to: 1) have an impact on the Haitian community of their choice and/or 2) stimulate a positive change in a specific domain.
All are encouraged to name their individual or collective fund in the honor of a member of their family, after their network or to mark the investment of their business in the development of our communities.
Unity is strength. Our success is based on our collaboration “Tet Ansamn” -heads together with the community for the benefit of the community.
